style=\"text-align: justify;\">O sintoma tem sua origem desde o momento em que o sujeito se confronta com a castra\u00e7\u00e3o, com a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00c9dipo. Esta proibi\u00e7\u00e3o toma forma de uma negativa\u00e7\u00e3o que conduz o sujeito a buscar uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o que, segundo o momento de seu ensino, Lacan ir\u00e1 designar como falo ou como objeto\u00a0<i>a<\/i>. O mais-de-gozar veria a ser o ganho de gozo obtido pelo sujeito nessa tentativa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em um primeiro momento l\u00f3gico, o sujeito se encontra com sua imagem especular. No entanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um segundo momento l\u00f3gico no qual a presen\u00e7a do Outro ir\u00e1 determinar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da imagem a partir da qual o sujeito se responde como \u00e9 visto pelo Outro. Constru\u00e7\u00e3o imagin\u00e1ria que passa pela palavra. A resposta que o sujeito d\u00e1 \u00e0 proibi\u00e7\u00e3o que a castra\u00e7\u00e3o introduz \u00e9 pela via deste encontro com o Outro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um corpo \u00e9 o que goza de si mesmo, \u00e9 o que dizia Freud ao falar do autoerotismo, [1] a diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que o corpo do falasser sofre as incid\u00eancias da palavra, portanto esse sofrimento se transforma em gozo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um sintoma testemunha que houve um acontecimento, um evento que deixou uma marca no falasser. Para Freud esta marca d\u00e1 conta de uma substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, um\u00a0<i>Ersatz<\/i>, [2] que determinar\u00e1 uma resposta no corpo. \u00c9 esta incid\u00eancia do significante, o que acarreta ao mesmo tempo um acontecimento [3] e um deslocamento. Miller chama este acontecimento, por ser uma substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00abgozo metaf\u00f3rico\u00bb. E este gozo metaf\u00f3rico sup\u00f5e a a\u00e7\u00e3o de um significante fora-do-sentido, S1. Por\u00e9m, h\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m um gozo meton\u00edmico que se desloca a partir de uma dial\u00e9tica dos objetos e \u00e9 dotado de uma significa\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica,\u00a0<i>Bedeutung<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A virada que Lacan nos apresenta parte de que o significante n\u00e3o tem um efeito de mortifica\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o corpo, mas \u00e9 ao contr\u00e1rio causa de gozo. [4] O significante tem uma incid\u00eancia de gozo sobre o corpo. \u00c9 isto o que o leva a definir o\u00a0<i>sinthoma<\/i>, que n\u00e3o \u00e9 sen\u00e3o esse imposs\u00edvel de negativar, ou seja, aquilo que n\u00e3o passou pela proibi\u00e7\u00e3o. Lacan o chamou fi mai\u00fasculo, que n\u00e3o \u00e9 outra coisa sen\u00e3o a resposta do simb\u00f3lico diante do real, daquilo que n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel simbolizar. [5]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se o tratamento dava conta, em um primeiro momento, da verdade do sintoma, dessa negativa\u00e7\u00e3o, agora o tratamento est\u00e1 dirigido para dar conta desse gozo pulsional que vem do real.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O sintoma vem a ocupar o mesmo lugar que a puls\u00e3o havia ocupado para Freud, vem do real, \u00e9 o que ele prop\u00f5e em \u00abInibi\u00e7\u00e3o, sintoma e ang\u00fastia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A puls\u00e3o freudiana \u00e9 a interface, todavia m\u00edtica, entre o ps\u00edquico e o som\u00e1tico, enquanto o sintoma lacaniano \u00e9 a conex\u00e3o real do significante com o corpo. [6]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O final da an\u00e1lise marcar\u00e1 n\u00e3o apenas o encontro do gozo como acontecimento de corpo, mas tamb\u00e9m o encontro com a castra\u00e7\u00e3o como uma nega\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00f3gica.
