EBP<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No seu texto \u201cUma fantasia\u201d, Jacques-Alain Miller aponta que o \u00faltimo ensino de Lacan conduz a uma invers\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao sujeito suposto saber como piv\u00f4 da transfer\u00eancia: a transfer\u00eancia torna-se o piv\u00f4 do sujeito suposto saber. O que faz existir o inconsciente como saber \u00e9 o amor, o amor \u00e9 o que poderia fazer media\u00e7\u00e3o entre os um-sozinho[1].<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com efeito, na sua \u201cIntrodu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 edi\u00e7\u00e3o alem\u00e3 de um primeiro volume dos <em>Escritos<\/em>\u201d, Lacan postula que, entre os seres sexuados, embora o sexo s\u00f3 se inscreva pela n\u00e3o rela\u00e7\u00e3o, existem encontros, o feliz acaso &#8211; <em>bon heur. <\/em>A transfer\u00eancia \u00e9 amor, sentimento que assume a\u00ed uma forma nova que introduz a subvers\u00e3o, n\u00e3o porque seja menos ilus\u00f3ria, mas porque d\u00e1 a si um parceiro que tem a chance de responder. \u00c9 amor que se dirige ao saber, por\u00e9m o que permite a entrada na matriz do discurso n\u00e3o \u00e9 o sentido, mas o signo, que inclui o gozo: existe um saber que n\u00e3o deixa de trabalhar em prol do gozo. A conting\u00eancia \u00e9 o lugar por onde se demonstra a impossibilidade, atestando um real transmiss\u00edvel pela escapada a que corresponde todo discurso[2].<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo Eric Laurent, Lacan n\u00e3o recuou, na sua vontade de se desfazer de um sujeito definido por suas identifica\u00e7\u00f5es, de identificar o discurso a uma epidemia, afirmando o la\u00e7o direto do corpo e do Outro da civiliza\u00e7\u00e3o[3].<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como se d\u00e1 essa entrada no discurso pelo signo que inclui o gozo? Podemos perceb\u00ea-lo n\u00e3o apenas em casos nos quais falta de entrada o sentido, mas tamb\u00e9m na retomada de um tratamento anal\u00edtico. S\u00e9rgio de Mattos nos d\u00e1 disso um testemunho no seu texto \u201cA boa sorte de analisar-se\u201d[4], apresentado no Semin\u00e1rio Preparat\u00f3rio ao XI ENAPOL: sua entrada em uma segunda an\u00e1lise se d\u00e1 a partir de uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de gozo ligada a um acontecimento de corpo precoce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e9rgio nos mostra de maneira exemplar o que Lacan aponta em \u201cA dire\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento\u201d a prop\u00f3sito da entrada em an\u00e1lise: se Freud pensava que era preciso contar com o estabelecimento da transfer\u00eancia para interpretar, ele mesmo mostra, nas suas primeiras interven\u00e7\u00f5es com o Homem dos Ratos e com Dora, que ele opera introduzindo o paciente \u201cnuma primeira localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o no real\u201d[5]. Assim, uma primeira interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o do analista produz uma impressionante retifica\u00e7\u00e3o da posi\u00e7\u00e3o do analisante e uma decisiva entrada na transfer\u00eancia, com um sonho e uma lembran\u00e7a da inf\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nosso interesse, a partir desse texto de Lacan de 1973, diz respeito \u00e0s rela\u00e7\u00f5es da conting\u00eancia com o necess\u00e1rio e o imposs\u00edvel, no que elas permitem a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do amor nos assuntos de gozo. No <em>Semin\u00e1rio 20<\/em>, Lacan mostra que, para que a conting\u00eancia aconte\u00e7a no espa\u00e7o do gozo, no qual se apresentam nossos pacientes, \u00e9 preciso o ato do analista. A conting\u00eancia, o que cessa de n\u00e3o se escrever, n\u00e3o seria a emerg\u00eancia de uma nova forma de amor, que vai al\u00e9m do amor narc\u00edsico e do amor ligado \u00e0 castra\u00e7\u00e3o, ali onde se demonstra a impossibilidade de tampar o furo do Outro com sua forma sintom\u00e1tica de gozo? NEL<em>cf<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u201c&#8230;e a nossa carne<br \/>\ncomo o dorso imposs\u00edvel de Janus<br \/>\nergue-se como um jardim<br \/>\nque ao arder se regenera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Jacob Lorenzo<sup>[1]<\/sup><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao sintoma, estamos diante de uma obviedade, estar em an\u00e1lise n\u00e3o \u00e9 o mesmo que n\u00e3o estar. O sintoma fora da an\u00e1lise se apresenta como egossint\u00f4nico, identificado ao eu; o sujeito caminha com ele sem que lhe traga preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, lhe diga algo, ou lhe traga algum sofrimento. \u00c9 o que localizamos na perspectiva de algo que funciona. Para que esse sintoma seja analis\u00e1vel, tal funcionamento precisa haver se rompido. Seja por um encontro traum\u00e1tico que rasga a tela com a qual se v\u00ea o mundo, ou por um encontro com um efeito de repeti\u00e7\u00e3o que provoca um <em>impasse<\/em>, trope\u00e7a-se com a disfun\u00e7\u00e3o do sintoma, e aparece o apelo a um saber que repare tal disfun\u00e7\u00e3o. Um mau-encontro com o real produz algo insuport\u00e1vel que afeta o corpo, o pensamento, ou ambos, e pede um al\u00edvio que come\u00e7a por fato de ser dito. Egodistonia, que Miller nomeia como \u201csintoma-suposto-palavra\u201d<sup>[2]<\/sup>, correspondente ao sujeito-suposto-saber em sua primeira articula\u00e7\u00e3o. Transformar o sofrimento em um sintoma que fala \u00e9 o que se postulou como o sentido do sintoma, uma verdade que pode ser decifrada de modo tal que, levantados os v\u00e9us de seu segredo, o desapareceria. Mas \u00e9 sua persist\u00eancia o que abriu outra perspectiva, que Miller evoca como o Janus de duas faces: \u201cUma face de verdade e uma face de real\u201d<sup>[3]<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">H\u00e1 no sintoma um <em>querer dizer,<\/em> mas \u201centender o que \u201c<em>quer dizer<\/em>\u201d, diz suficientemente que n\u00e3o se o disse\u201d<sup> [4]<\/sup>. Se o falar est\u00e1 habitado por um <em>querer<\/em> <em>dizer<\/em>, \u00e9 porque <em>n\u00e3o se disse<\/em> totalmente. A an\u00e1lise aporta uma dimens\u00e3o de novidade: a leitura, naquilo que se escuta, daquilo que insiste em escrever um gozo, sobre o fundo imposs\u00edvel de escrever a rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual. Desse modo, localiza o sintoma como um funcionamento ainda em sua disfun\u00e7\u00e3o, posto que se trata daquilo que se satisfaz nele, seu <em>querer gozar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se o sujeito padece do sintoma como disfun\u00e7\u00e3o, a an\u00e1lise permitir\u00e1 encontrar uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o para ele, obtendo dele a materialidade gozosa com a qual o pr\u00f3prio sujeito faz la\u00e7o. O sintoma \u00e9 crucial, ent\u00e3o, no in\u00edcio de uma an\u00e1lise, e tamb\u00e9m no final; Janus, em ambas as portas. Tanto ao levarmos em conta que o objeto <em>a<\/em> \u00e9 a principal inven\u00e7\u00e3o de Lacan, quanto ao constatarmos que \u00e9 o agente de um dos quatro discursos formulados por ele: o objeto <em>a<\/em> \u00e9 o agente do Discurso do Analista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quem se dirige a um analista n\u00e3o est\u00e1, pelo simples fato de demandar uma an\u00e1lise, inscrito como sujeito no Discurso do Analista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No melhor dos casos, em alguns contextos culturais, a transfer\u00eancia \u00e0 psican\u00e1lise facilita a formula\u00e7\u00e3o dessa demanda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mas, sempre chega ao analista um paciente com dificuldades em torno da exist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 preciso um tempo para a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o do sujeito no Discurso do Analista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trata-se, em uma primeira etapa, de assegurar a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de um sintoma que possibilite um dizer in\u00e9dito a respeito do sofrimento subjetivo. Um dizer que funcione ao mesmo tempo como uma enuncia\u00e7\u00e3o tal, que torne poss\u00edvel ao paciente um saber fazer com a presen\u00e7a do analista como objeto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 a etapa das entrevistas preliminares nas quais o analista interv\u00e9m ativamente na constru\u00e7\u00e3o desse saber fazer sintomal chamado por Freud de neurose de
